According to article five of the Law of Ukraine «about legal profession», lawyers can advise on legal issues, the oral and written inquiries, concerning legislations. Besides, they make complaints, statements and other legal documents, assure copies of documents of affairs which they conduct. Also lawyers carry out representation in court and other state structures before legal bodies and citizens, there is a legal aid to the organizations, the enterprises, establishments, providing legal and business activities of foreign legal entities and citizens. According to article ninth Law of Ukraine «On Advocacy», the maintenance of legal consultations, explanations, councils, documents which have been left by the Client and studying, and also other data which have become known lawyer during performance by it of the official duties, are lawyer secret and under no circumstances are not subject to disclosure. Besides, according to article tenth Law of Ukraine «About legal profession», all data and documents which are transferred by the Client to the lawyer in the course of their teamwork, are not subject to dredging or survey without it on that of the consent.
